All persons depicted in any sexually explicit material appearing on Mature Tuber (maturetuber.com) were at least 18 years old at the time the material was produced.

Mature Tuber operates strictly as a platform. We do not produce, film or create any of the content made available through the site. All content is uploaded, submitted or embedded by third parties. For the purposes of the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, Mature Tuber is not a “producer” as that term is defined. The original producers of each depiction are responsible for maintaining the required age and identity records.
